Summary

Repoints anchor links that landed readers at the top of a page because the heading they target doesn't exist. Each one now goes to the section that does exist on main.

AI chat: transcript-storage#what-the-runtime-saves now points to #what-the-runtime-hands-save. reference#chatagent now points to #chatagentoptions, where turnTimeout is listed. reference#withclientdata now points to #chatwithclientdata. persistence-and-replay#action-turns-no-snapshot-write now points to #action-turns. client-protocol#step-4-handle-continuations now points to #continuations. In frontend and reference, the X-Session-Settled link now uses the full slug of the X-Peek-Settled / X-Session-Settled heading.

Other pages: anchors with uppercase letters (#syncVercelEnvVars, #syncSupabaseEnvVars, #yourTask-batchtrigger) are now lowercase to match the generated slugs. The migrating-from-v3 table linked to #middleware-and-locals, which doesn't exist on that page, so it now goes to /tasks/overview#middleware-and-locals-functions. The same page already links there further down.

The /frontend/react-hooks/realtime redirect in docs.json sent readers to /realtime/react-hooks/realtime, which doesn't exist. It now sends them to /realtime/react-hooks/subscribe, the page that took over that content in #2317.

Typo: "tell you do this" is now "tell you to do this" on the preview branches page.

Mintlify's anchor checker still flags some links whose targets do exist (headings with backticks, slashes or dashes, h5 headings, headings from snippets), so this PR leaves those alone. It also skips the AI chat changelog.
