Move the coding-agents block to CLI 0.4.0 pipelines syntax - #1

@brightdata/cli 0.4.0 removed pipeline type names, so `bdata pipelines linkedin_person_profile <url>` exits 1. The README block uses unpinned npx, so readers got 0.4.0 too. Run the scraper by dataset ID and method instead, list the LinkedIn dataset IDs, record the change in AGENTS.md, and bump the live.yml pins from 0.3.4 to 0.4.0. Fixes the failed Live check run 39263963984.
