把安装页、设置页、AI 助手提示、插件显示名及中英文文档中的 OpenVideo 统一为 MiniMax Video，版本更新为 1.0.3。同步源码和预编译页面，并更新 buildId。保留 OpenChatCut 上游署名和许可。
插件 ID 和目录统一改为 minimax-video，根目录文档、源码重建路径同步更新。内部 MCP 名称、上游署名及工程格式保持不变。宿主会将其视为新插件，旧 openchatcut 工程不会自动迁移；文档要求保留旧安装和数据，不能把此版本当作无缝升级。
