Modes (short): Concise = trims/compacts pauses; Smart fit = tries to preserve natural pacing while fitting the video; Stretch video = force-generated audio to match the source duration; Lip sync = aligns phonemes to mouth movement (engine-dependent). |

Hi,
I can't get dubbing timing options to work as expected. There are 4 modes (concise, smart fit, stretch video, lip sync) and the descriptions are very confusing, including the secondary voice match setting (per line, consistent) - it's very unclear what any of them do
I have tried all of them and none of them seem to match the timing of the source video. Are there some docs or guidance on how to get the timing right? this particular use case is simply swapping the voice, so the language stays the same and so I would expect it to match the timing of the source
additionally (possible bug) - the video preview pane which appears to be a player does not play - pressing any of the controls does nothing, so I can only review the dub after exporting
(this is running on mac)
